Is it important for people over 60 to get higher education?

I do not think education has any limits, if a person's state of mind is conducive to learning there should be no limit or boundary as far as education is concerned. Education is an investment as well as somthing that stays with you and is always useful. Getting a Degree at age and over may not serve it's  full purpose in society but it helps the individual to broaden their scope of learning and to keep their mind occupied in a positive way.
